All of our packages and memberships at Nüd are non-transferrable. It can only be used by the name of the individual package holder or member. Your guests are welcome to join your session for an added cost. Please view our pricing page for more information.

Members are permitted to use their membership discount on group Hydro-Suite sessions.

Memberships can take up to 24 hour to activate. You will be contacted by our Member Concierge once your account becomes active.

Members may cancel their recurring Membership by providing us with a written notice stating their desire to cancel. This must be submitted 12-days prior to the date of the next monthly recurring payment.

This notice can be submitted via email to members@nudbodywellness.com or communicated in-person at our Dundas location.

When a member cancels their membership, the Agreement will still remain in effect until the end of the then-current billing cycle.

Members are permitted to freeze their membership, by written request, for up to three (3) months in a 12-month period from their membership activation date.

The freeze period can be consecutive or non-consecutive months. While the membership is frozen, all member benefits and perks will be suspended, and we will not bill you.

A membership freeze can be lifted at any time by written request from the member which can be sent via email to members@nudbodywellness.comor in-person at our Dundas location.

Once a membership freeze is lifted, billing on the membership will resume to the billing date of the time of re-issuance.

For a member to request a freeze, their membership must be in good standing before a freeze can be honoured.
