  • We encourage you to arrive hydrated for your session. If you are to eat before you arrive at your session, we suggest you eat a light meal. We will ask that you remove your jewelry, so if you have any valuables we ask that you leave that at home or with your things in your locker.

    Before your session starts, your therapist will ask you about your health, please communicate any concerns or new health conditions.

  • Clients will usually notice aesthetic improvements after the first session, while others may require multiple sessions to achieve their desired outcome. The time it takes to see results from lymphatic drainage can vary depending on the individual and the condition being treated. We highly encourage maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle which also influences the speed of results! It’s important to remember that lymphatic drainage is not solely a cosmetic treatment but also contributes to long-term improvement to the health of the lymphatic system.

  • If you are sick or experiencing the onset of a fever, we suggest not getting massages.
